He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Small and Parmaneus Small (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Malyn; his children, Dean (Kerry) and Darlene (Steve); his grandsons, Lucas and Victor; his sister Sandra (Barry); his niece Shannon; and his great-nephew Gianni.
