He was predeceased by : his wife Sadie; his children, Norman and Frances; his parents, Henry and Rebecca; and his siblings, Frances and Joseph.

He is survived by : his close friend Stella; his children, Harrison (Cayla), Craig (Carol), Cheyane (Krista) and Melinda (Dave); his siblings, Melvin (Grace) and Mae; his grandchildren, Amelia, Colin, Amber, Chelsi, Chadrick, Bredy, Brandi, Jenna, Mackenzie and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Ella-Jean, Nazeer, Khadija, Easton and Hennley.

A visitation for the public will be held at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander on Monday, 26th April between 1:00pm and 4:00pm that will follow the government guidelines for the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

As expression of sympathy in lieu of Flowers, donations in Norman's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
