He is survived by: his wife Ruby Thompson (Collins); his children, Sheldon Thompson (Marianna), Darren Thompson (Lyssa) and Karen Barker (Paul); his grandchildren, Pop, David Thompson (Ayla), Erica Butt (Russell), Adam Thompson (Aliisa), Holli Smith (Nathan) and Annie Barker; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Clarke, Spencer Weir and Kayla Thompson; and his siblings, Dallas Pelley (Lou), Milton Thompson (Daphne), Graham Thompson (Maxine), Glenys Oxford-Burton (Lloyd) and Glenda Cull (Freeman).
