It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Warren (Gander, Newfoundland), born in New Perlican, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 7, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Warren and Mary Warren; his wife Vernie Cooper; and his brothers, Walt (Susie), Cecil (Florrie), Ernest (Joan) and George (Betty).
He is survived by: his children-in-law, Olive Warren and Mike Doyle; his children, Millie, Otis and Lorne (Adair); his grandchildren, Sharley (Todd Pitre), Suzanne (PJ Loo) and Steven Doyle (Beth); his great grandchildren, Caleb and Noah Pitre; and his friend Emily Coates. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and friends.
He led a life of service from his involvement in community and church activities to his volunteer work with many charities including The Arthritis Society, Red Cross Society, Kidney Foundation, Cancer Society and Meals on Wheels.
