He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Peckford and Stanley Peckford; and his siblings, Reginald, Bernard, Wayde, Morley (Margaret) and Audrey (Raymond).
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Letitia (Mark) and Jarrod (Cavelle); his stepsons, Don (Cathy) and Toby (Tina); his grandchildren, Jesse, Jason, Brandon, Alyssa, Preston, Branden (Maria), Chyanne (Levi), Julie and Kayla; his siblings, Elsie, Pat (Jim), Isabel (Elden), Lloyd (Kathleen) and Stan (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Joan, Tom (Cathy) and Phyllis (Unice). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, his many nieces and nephews, numerous relatives, extended family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to St. Margaret's Anglican church, Change Islands.
