He was predeceased by : his parents, Martha and William (Bill); his wife Patsy Sandra; his siblings, Foward Payne, Amelia Sheppard, Doreen Torraville, Henry Payne, Laurent Payne, Rowena Gilley and Juanita Payne; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Collett, Claude Ellesworth and Sam Evoy.
He is survived by : his sons, Foward (Tracy) of Paisley, ON and Jamie (Peggy) of Wasaga Beach, ON; his stepdaughter Cora Lee; his grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew, Jason and Morgan; his siblings, Bryant Payne, Willis Payne, Snora Collett, Betty Ellesworth and Jean Evoy; and his siblings-in-law, Mona Payne, Christine Senten, Marlene Wheaton-Chaston (Stewart), Gerald Gilley, Lawrence Wheaton (Marilyn), Barry Wheaton (Joyce) and Ronald Wheaton (Gertrude). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
