She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her parents, Martin Poirier and Muriel Poirier; her brother Bill; her nephew Chris; and her brother-in-law Gene.
She is survived by: her son Marty (Honora) of Goose Bay; her grandchildren, Shikara, Paul, Madison, Jack, Devon and Matthew; and her siblings, Larry (Cathy) of Wabush, Labrador, Alex (Karen) of Portugal Cove, Pat (Wendy), Claude (Sue), Florence of Gander, Anne of Gander and Mary (Wilbert) of Gander. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's memory may be made to the Gander Cancer Centre, the Gander and Area SPCA or a charity of one's choice.
