He was predeceased by: his parents, Ian McLean and Dorothy McLean; and his pet Foster. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Case; his brother Peter McLean; his stepchildren, Sara, Matthew (Cecilia) and Graham (Marisa); his grandchildren, Molly, Gabe Case Strickland and Maya Case-Lei; and his brother-in-law Art Bull (Vicki).

Donations in Ken's memory can be made to Holy Cross School in Eastport for their fisheries and conservation programs and the SPCA.
