He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blackmore and Wilhelmina Blackmore; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Winnifred Hodder. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Carla (Tony), Paula (Evan) and Tanya (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Nathan, Matthew, Jaime-Rae (Michael), Julia (Spencer), Keana (Brandon) and Jack; and his great grandchild Joey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stacey's Funeral Home (60 Roe Ave, Gander, NL A1V 2E1).
Donations in Lester's memory may be made to the Central Northeast Health Foundation (Gander).
