Lillian Blanche (Gardner) Cooper Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Blanche (Gardner) Cooper (Gander, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 11, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Gardner and Martha Gardner of British Harbour; her husband Edward Cooper of Ireland's Eye; her son Derek (Kay); and also, Lily (John), Mary, Gladys, Leone, Ralph, Bill and George.

She is survived by : her children, Yvonne (Fraser Lush) of Port Hope, Gail (Terry Miles) of Middle Sackville and David (Coreen Cooper) of Stittsville; her grandchildren, John, Jennifer, Martha, Andrew, Angela, Elizabeth, Paul, Tammy, Joanne, Jessica, Stephanie, Danielle, Marissa and Eric; and her stepgrandchildren, Darren and Terri-Lyn. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren; five great, great grandchildren; and a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to the Pandemic restrictions, a celebration of her life will take place at a later date when her family can all be together.
