He was predeceased by: his father Murray Knott. He is survived by: his mother Vera Knott (Bev King); his sons, Lyndon of St. John's and Shane (Kristy) of Bishop's Falls; his stepsons, Russell Bursey (Megan) of Gander and Blair Bursey (Felicia) of South Carolina, USA; his siblings, Paul (Cindy) of Deer Lake, Rick (Amanda) of Norris Point, Robin, Mark (Kayla) of Alliston, ON and Lana of Norris Point; his grandchildren, Georgia, Eva, Shae and Oliver; his cousin Keith Knott; and his friend Terry Dawe.
