It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maude Lilda (Higgins) Goulding of Gander, Newfoundland, born in Trois-Rivières, Québec, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Allan William; her parents, Georges-Henri Higgins and Angélique Julien; and her siblings, Gaétan and Yvette.

She is survived by : her children, Allan of St. John's, William (Heather Hanrahan) of St. John's, Russell (Jocelyn Sheppard) of Gander, Susan (Sean Ingold) of Surrey, UK, Stephen of Gander and Andrew (Melissa) of Gander; her grandchildren, Katie Goulding Green (Adam Green), David, Margaret Goulding, Isaac Goulding, Lucas, Callie Follett, Thomas, Joseph Ingold, Rachel Goulding (Tyler Ryan), Phillip Tulk (Jessica Kondra), Jordan Goulding (Leah Compagnon), Carly Goulding (Chris Brett) and Laura Goulding; and her great grandchildren, Helen Grace Green, Caden Brett and Lainey Tulk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
