He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lush and Henrietta Lush; his son Richard; his siblings, Blanche (Hennis Shivers), Peter (Yvonne), Dr. Norman Lush (Greta) and Wilfred (Virtue); his niece Hilda Shivers; and his parents-in-law, George and Annie Turner.

He is survived by: his children, Craig (Cynthia), Stephanie (Dean Cull) of Gander and Joanne (Shawn Laite) of Gander; his grandchildren, Megan Laite (Alex Winsor), Emily Laite, Abigail Lush and Jared Lush; his sisters-in-law, Gloria (Eddie Philpott) and Beulah Thorne; his nieces and nephews, Cindy (Andrew Lathigee), Nancy Lush, Sandra (Malcom Simpson), Janet Lush, Linda Faulkner, Terry Thorne (Edna), Tim Thorne (Leigh), Robin Thorne (Olive), Ruth Bishop, Leah Philpott and Ryan Philpott (Ceri); and his wife Nora.

Due to the Pandemic restrictions, attendance will be by invitation only.
