He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; his parents, Oswald Forsey and Winnie Forsey; and his siblings, Audrey, Mary and Ernest.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Forsey (Roger) and Rick Forsey (Sonya); his granddaughter Ella Forsey; and his siblings-in-law, Austin Trask, Randy Trask (Anne), Jim Leaman, Diana Sensabaugh, Myra Goodyear, Edie Maillet and Norma Menchenton (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stacey's Funeral Home (60 Roe Ave, Gander, NL A1V 2E1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Northeast Health Foundation or St. Andrew's Church in Glenwood.
