He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Wheaton and Louisa Wheaton; his wife Margaret Wheaton; his son Lindo; and his grandsons, Michael and Nolan.
He is survived by: his children, Wade, Clarence (Cheryl), Joan (Chuck), Betty (Jack), Terry (Brenda), Paul (Verna), Sylvia (Eugene), Shirley (Dave) and Enos (Wavey); his daughter-in-law Linda; his siblings, Harvey, Garland, Wesley, William, Cecil, Elsie, Irene and Anne; and his daughters-in-law, Muriel, Brenda and Cheryl.
