He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Manuel and Mildred Manuel; his siblings, Sandra, Cecil and Pansy; and his siblings-in-law, Valetta, Louise, Yvonne, Joy, Peggy, Carol, Jill, Kathy, Bill, John, Dempsey, Jack and Melvin.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his son Steven (Mandy); his grandchildren, William, Emma, Claire, Evan, Macey and Ella; his brother Elmore (Roxina); and his siblings-in-law, Maxine, Sophie, Ellen and Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Reginald's memory may be made to the Parkinson's society.
