He was predeceased by : his parents, Annie Glover (Garfield Cook) and Sister Emaline Glover; his brothers, Harold Cook and Nelson Cook; his siblings-in-law, Susie Cook and Cyril Glover; his nephews, Wilf Cook and Shawn Cook; his niece-in-law Julie Cook; and his great-niece Tina Cook.

He is survived by : his brothers, Gary Cook (Edith) of Trinity, Bay and Cyril Cook (Wendy) of Mississauga; and his sister-in-law Louise Cook of Centreville.
