With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Lillian Perry of Gander, Newfoundland, who passed away on January 16, 2022 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Lillian Perry to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Vincent; her parents, Stephen Bowering and Elizabeth Bowering; and her siblings, Stephen Bowering (Sophie), Hope (Lester Mercer), Lewis Bowering (Pearl), Allen Bowering (Rachael), Dianna (James Parsons), Don Bowering and Jessie (Whitmore Mercer).

She is survived by: her nieces, Lois, Olive and Stephanie; her siblings-in-law, Hardy and Sadie; her cousin Calvin; and her husband Vince. She is also survived by friends and family.

Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 2-5 PM following COVID Government regulations.

In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory made to Bethel Pentecostal Church, Little Burnt Bay, NL.
