With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland Bursey (Gander, Newfoundland), born in Catalina, Newfoundland, who passed away on August 20, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bursey and Alma Bursey; and his siblings, Reg, Roy, Leswere, Stella Button (Garland) and Lila.
He is survived by: his wife Aletta (Blackmore); his children, Lisa Snow (Steve) and Jeff (Susan); his grandchildren, Andrew, Heather, Liam, Laydon and Eran; his siblings, Sandra Fisher (Roy) and Len; and his sister-in-law Colleen Nyce (Clarence).
Flowers graciously accepted or donations in Roland's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
