She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin Slade. She is survived by: her sons, Bob (Sherri), Steve (Margaret) and Darren (Vera); and her grandchildren, Meghan (Alex), Ryan, Nicholas, Matthew and Robyn (Brandon).
