With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Purchase (Gander, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 5, 2020 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Velma Purchase to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Purchase and Marion Purchase; and her siblings, Alex, Tom and Eleanor.

She is survived by : her sons, Mark (Lori) and Jimmylee; her grandson Colby; and her siblings, Lester (Maggie), Archibald (Debbie), Ruth (Wayne), Alvina (Claude), Regina (Norman), Doris (Ivan), Gladys and Clara. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles other relatives and friends.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all services will remain private to the immediate family.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations in Velma's memory may be made to the Purchase family.
