Wayne Chaulk Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewis and Alma Chaulk; and his sister Viola. He is survived by: his close friend Joyce West; his sons, Paul (Ashley) of Ingersoil, ON, Cory (Heather) of Gander Bay and Dwayne (Lacey Crewe) of Gander; his siblings, Henry, Raymond (Darlene) of Grand Falls, Windsor, Tony (Rennet) of Lewisporte, Judy (Jesse Ennis), Debbie and Diane Ennis; and his grandchildren, Kabloe, Kylie, Blaine, Shay, Jada, Cayden and Grayson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wayne's memory may be made to the family who will make a decision on monetary disbursements at a later date.
