He was predeceased by: his parents, Simeon Preston and Maude Preston (Pelley); his siblings, Raymond, Eric, Fred, Una, Katherine, Lucy and Bessie; and his grandsons, Christopher (Wavey) and Roldolfaust Gomez Jamon (Rosalie).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Preston (Morgan); his children, Lindsay (Rosalie), Gerald (Dorothy), Boyce, Wavey (Darren), Shawn, Rick (Tammy) and Chuck; and his brother German. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
