He is survived by: his wife Sadie; his children, Ross (Doreen) of Burin, Ron (Tammy) of Garnish and Trina (Kevin) of Golden Sands; his grandchildren, Lisa (Scott), Sara (Alex), Ashley (Justin), Matthew (Natasha), Joshua (Hannah) and Ryan Dicks (Brittanie); his siblings-in-law, Margaret Sweet, Joan Inkpen, Bernice Day (Bill), Lloyd Day (Meta), Gerald Day (Lily), Jim Day (Doris) and Sherman Harfitt; and his cousin Ethel Hurst.
