He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Cooze and Jane Cooze; and his siblings, Frederick Cooze and Clara Collins. He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Kevin (Lucy), Ross (Cassie), Dale (Jackie), Sharon and Lisa; his grandchildren, Terri-Lynn (David), Ryan (Gina), Michael, Ashley (Eugene), Tyler (Erin), Natasha, Zachary, Alexia, Jordan and Shannon; his great grandchildren, Ayden, Abigail, Sophia, Bennett, Oliver, Ollie, Jameson and Tatum; his siblings, Joseph, Ralph (Shanann) and Shirley; and his sister-in-law Sheila.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the CrossWay Pentecostal Church (165 Main Rd, Hare Bay, NL A0G2P0). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
