He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Denty and Ida Denty; his stepfather Wesley Skiffington; and his brothers, Arthur, Pearce and Melvin.
He is survived by: his wife Daphne Glover; his daughters, Pauline (Ronald), Jackie Crisby (Arthur), Wanda Ralph (Donald) and Jessie Denty (Aaron McKinnon); his grandsons, Joshua (Clemcy Holloway), Mark (Chelsea), Adam and Aaron (Alisa); his great grandchildren, Norah, Alexis, Alana and Kallie Mae; and his sister Millie Oldenski (Edward). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Oram's Funeral Homes - Glovertown (17 Main St S, Glovertown, NL A0G2L0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith United Church (55 Main St N, Glovertown, NL A0G2L0).
