He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Hunter and Helen Hunter; and his parents-in-law, William and Susannah Barrow. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Jeff and Kendra Gallant (Jonathan); his grandchild Devon Gallant; his siblings, Elizabeth Mitchell (Frank), Paul (Mary) and Keith (Betty); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis, Don (Glendene), Everett Barrow (Violet) and Sandra Parsons (Dave).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Oram's Funeral Homes - Glovertown (17 Main St S, Glovertown, NL A0G2L0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Edwards Anglican Church - Glovertown (188 Main St S, Glovertown, NL A0G2L0).
