It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet May Squire (Glovertown, Newfoundland), who passed away on August 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Samson; her daughter Alice; her grandson Gordon; her parents, Eric Penney and Martha Jane Penney; and her siblings, Edward Nelson, George Henry, Nora and Gordon.

She is survived by : her children, Jared (Julia), Robert (Karen), William, Clyde (Monica), Christine and Doris Anne (Paul); her son-in-law George; her grandchildren, Donna-Lynn (Brian), Robert-Paul and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Zachary and Isaiah; and her sisters-in-law, Amy Penny, Joyce Penney and Amy Ralph (Calvin).

Visitation on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 2-4 p. m. and 7-9 p. m. Please wear a mask while visiting.
