He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Darryl (Karen), Lindy (Ian) and Christal (Will); his grandchildren, Emily, Nolan Stanley, Lyndon, Maddyn Kieley, Norah and Beckett Cruickshank; his siblings-in-law, Boyd Chafe (Judy), Gerald Chafe, Keith Smith, Pam Chafe and Bridie Parrott; and his brother Andy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (202 Main Rd, Goulds, NL A1S1H8).
