He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Petria Rossiter (Bill), Connie Westcott (Craig), Jane Healey (Terry), Doug Breen, Larry Breen (Joan), Don Breen (Patricia) and Terry Breen (Deanna); his grandchildren, Natasha Rossiter Barron (Matt), Terri Breen (Jamie Markle), Eddie Rossiter, Jennie Breen, Katie Breen, Steven Healey, Nick Breen, Zach Westcott, Jacob Westcott, Greg Healey, Sarah-Jayne Breen, Feather Breen, Sydney Breen and Emma Breen; his great grandchildren, Kenzie Barron, Amaya Barron and Emelia Markle Breen; his parents, Elizabeth Breen and John Breen; his siblings, Mike (Florence), Alf (Joan), Molly (Gus Collins) and Billy; his wife Margaret Keiley (Keiley); his parents-in-law, Larry and Ethel Keiley; and his siblings-in-law, Regina Patricia Keiley, Agnes Chafe (Kevin), Jean Heffernan (Pat), Myna Mulrooney (Des), Peter Keiley (Mary) and Larry Keiley (Mary). He was also cherished by 7 children, 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will take place at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Monday, August 24 from 3 p. m. – 7 p. m. Due to the COVID-19 gathering restrictions, his funeral service will be held for family members only at the Caul's Memorial Chapel on Tuesday August 25, 2020 at 11 a. m and can be viewed live at https: //vimeo. com/event/245391.
