He was predeceased by: his children, Rosemary and Christopher; his parents, Mary and Philip; his siblings, Rosemary Howlett, Margaret Lee, Philip Jr. and Kevin; his siblings-in-law, Peter Keiley (Mic), Marg, Gordon Breen, Agnes and Kevin Chafe; his sisters, Patricia Keiley (Regina) and Doreen Heffernan (Kevin); and his nephews, Edward Howlett, Donnie Shaw, Danny Heffernan and Gerald Douglas Edney.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara (Sally); his wife Jean; his son Paul (Laura); his grandchildren, Will, Sam, Neely, Michael and David (Nicole); and his siblings, Doug Heffernan (Mary), Jenny Shaw (George), Teresa Edney (Gerry), Barb Daniels (Bill Dyke), Dot Heffernan (Boyd Lee), Myna and Mary Keiley (Larry Keiley).
