He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth White and Gilbert White; his siblings, Adolph, John, Bert White, Georgie Snow, Martha Tartius and Ivy Hook; his parents-in-law, Caleb and Ethel Bungay; and his nephew Roland Hiscock.
He is survived by: his wife Vida; his son Paul White (Laura) of Grand Bank; his grandchildren, Caleb and Laura White; his sisters, Maria Hiscok, Doris Parsons (Ted) and Jane Carroll; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Engram (Rodney), Carl Bungay (Elaine), Gerald Bungay (Mary) and Jack Bungay (Amy).
In Alfred's memory donations can be made to the Salvation Army, Grand Bank or Grand Bank United Church or flowers gratefully accepted.
