He was predeceased by: his significant other Joyce Pittman; his parents, Ernest Hooper and Lucy Hooper; his parents-in-law, Byatt and Gertrude Cumben; and his sisters, Millicent Hodder and Elizann Brown.
He is survived by: his daughter Raylene White (Justin) of Grand Bank; his stepchildren, David Pittman of Grande Prairie and Kelly Pittman (Craig) of Mount Pearl; his brothers, Harvey Hooper (Maxine) of Rock Harbour, Charles Hooper of Rock Harbour, Walter Hooper (Jerri) of Marystown, Clyde Hooper (Linda) of Rock Harbour and George Hooper of Marystown; his siblings-in-law, Charles Hodder of Creston South, Pearl Cumben of Grand Bank and Elizabeth Bown (Ray); and his grandchildren, Kelsey of Kaitlyn, DJ, Blake, Tanner, Charlie, Dawsyn and Keegan.
