Beulah Burt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beulah Burt of Grand Bank, Newfoundland, who passed away on August 14, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Burt; her parents, Manuel Cox and Elsie Cox; her brothers, Maurice and Philip Cox; her son-in-law Ernest Hillier; her granddaughter-in-law Cynthia Burt; her parents-in-law, Stan and Julia Burt; and her siblings-in-law, Chesley Sweetapple, Stan Fizzard, George Henry Burt, Bertha Cox and Dinah Sweetapple.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Burt (Elizabeth), Lloyd Burt (May), Sandra Miller (Calvin) of Paradise, NL, Sharon Hillier (Doug Bungay) of Grand Bank, NL, Sheila Skinner (Albert) of Brooks, AB and Lynn Chevier (Shawn) of Edmonton, AB; and her siblings, Eleanor Fizzard, Max Cox and Fred Cox. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchild: plus a large circle of relatives and friends.

In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID-19, a private (family) walk through visitation will take place on Sunday, August 16th and Monday, August 17th and from 10am to 12pm, 2pm to 4pm & 7pm to 9pm.

In Beulah's memory donations may be made to The Salvation Army Grand Bank Corps Cemetery Fund.
