She was predeceased by: her mother Muriel King; and her brothers, Junior King and Gerald King (Frances). She is survived by: her children, Matthew Foote (Pam) of Fortune, Shawn Foote of St. John's and Amanda Foote (Johnny) of St. Bernard's; her grandchildren, Jordan Baker, Ethan Hickman, Kaylee Foote, Jack Ward, Matthew Foote Jr. and Chloe Rose; her siblings, Valerie Lafosse (Guy) and Millett King (Freda); her sister-in-law Jean King; and her close friend Jessie Dicks.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wiseman's Funeral Homes - Grand Bank (48 Marine Dr, Grand Bank, NL A0E1W0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
