She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Riggs; her parents, Clayton Brown and Emily Brown; and her daughters, Sharon Grandy (Jack) of Grand Bank and Joanne Riggs-Moulton (Bill) of Marystown.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Annette Price Marystown (Terry), Bill Grandy Petawawa (Angela), Chris Grandy (Gillian) and Jillian Edwards (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Joshua Grandy Grand Bank (Jordan), Janessa Warren Petawawa (Kurt), Erin Price Marystown (David), Adam Price Marystown of Emma Grandy, CBS, Elyse, Elodie Edwards, Ryley and Harper Moulton of Ottawa; and her great great grandchildren, Sawyer and River Warren of Petawawa. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
