She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Douglas Sr.; her son Ralph Douglas Jr.; her parents, Philip Downey and Minnie Downey; her parents-in-law, Isaac and Elizabeth Douglas; her siblings, Arthur Downey, Mary Price (Don), Sarah Fizzard (Joseph), Jessie Hanrahan (John Pad) and Belinda Cox; and her siblings-in-law, Sarah Jane Hillier (Abe) and Garfield Douglas (Eleanor).
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Clancey (Jeff), Barbara Barnes (Craig) and Michelle Hoddinott (John); her daughter-in-law Susan Douglas; her grandchildren, Andrew Barnes, Nicole Clark (Justin) and Matthew Barnes (Jill); her great grandchildren, Liam Barnes and Violet Barnes of Allison Clark; her siblings, Marina Clements (Harry), Lloyd Downey (Rosalind) and Wayne Downey (Ruby); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Downey.
