He was predeceased by: his son Rodney; his great grandchildren, Calib and Nicholas; his parents, Bessie Billard and Henry Billard; his siblings, Jack (Elizabeth), Simeon (Maria), Rodney (Madeline), Gerald (Micheline), Wilbert (Edith), George (Edna), Eric (Nancy) and Mabel (Kenneth); and his brother-in-law Robert Annand.
He is survived by: his wife Georgina; his children, Ambrose (Mary) of Fortune, Mike (Judy) of Burin, Calvin (Brian) of Cambridge, David (Marilyn) of Grand Bank, Gary (Eunice) of Embree, Terry (Tina) of Burgeo and Colleen Dooley (Adam) of Fort McMurray; his grandchildren, Michael (Gena), Michelle (Jeremy), Chad, Ryan (Shauna), William (Patti), David (Nicole), Marilyn, Steven, Danielle (Gurpreet), Harley, Jasmine (Justin) and Richard; his great grandchildren, Zachery, Allisha, Ericka, Robyn, Olivia, Tristan, Mason, Peyton, Owen, Chloe, Emily, Andrew, Faith, Brianna, Brooklyn, Wayne, Preston and Ryder; his great great grandchild Ava; his siblings, Julia Annand of St. Catherine's, ON, Lilly Hann (Frank) of Burgeo and Wendell (Beverley) of Thorold, ON; and his close friends, Hector Cleal and Kevin Kelly.
