He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Kelland and Rose Kelland; his parents-in-law, Alexander and Sarah Hillier; his brother Bill Kelland; his brother-in-law Wally Stone; his sibling's children, Dennis Kelland, Joey Kelland and Judy Cox; and his great-nephew Nicholas Hillier.
He is survived by: his wife Tryphena; his daughters, Sherry Stacey (Todd) of Fortune and Jackie Burney (Thomas) of Florida; his grandchildren, Justin Stacey, Jennifer Stacey (Dakota Robere) and Joey Stacey; his great grandchild Emma Stacey; his siblings, Reg (Sueanne), Wayne (Brenda), Earl (Sharon), Gary (Joan), Henry (Cathy), Randy (Jan), Judy Anstey, Patsy (Melvin Cox), Eileen (Wilson Kearley) and Lorriane (Keith Cooper); his siblings-in-law, Betty Kelland, Rose (Wayne Bungay) and Colin Hillier (Dwan); and his close friends, Tracy (Chris), Moe (Aseel), Saif (Shams) and Carolanne (Bryan).
Due to the current Public Health Advisory of COVID-19 a private visitation will take place at Wiseman's Funeral Home, Grand Bank.
