She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Cox and Maurice Cox; her brother Stanley Cox; and her father-in-law Freeman Caines. She is survived by: her husband Garland; her children, Christopher, Bradley (Alysha) and Melissa; her stepsons, Devon (Crystal) and Leroy; her grandchildren, Dakoda, Joshua Turner, Cameron, Colton Cox, CJ Burbridge and Owen Farell; her siblings, Gail Coady (Richard), Marguerite Peach (Sandy), Eleanor Caul (Steven) and Randy Cox (Florence); her mother-in-law Amy Caines; and also Oreo.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Salvation Army Citadel (29 Citadel Rd, Grand Bank, NL A0E1W0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
