She was predeceased by: her husband James Joseph Smith; her son Geoffrey Sean Smith; her parents, Arthur Escott and Agnes Escott; her parents-in-law, George and Annie Smith; and her siblings, Ruth Lewis (Bill) and Jimmy Escott.
She is survived by: her children, George Smith (Shauna), Gregory Smith (Jennifer) and Christina Fudge (Robert); her daughter-in-law Monica; her siblings, Gordon Escott (Rose), Arthur Escott (Kathleen), Gloria Ryan (Gerry), Sharyn Owens (Dave) and Diane Owens (Paul); her brothers-in-law, Ed Smith, Ron Smith, Paul Smith (Jenny), Bob Smith and Gary Smith; her grandchildren, Evan Smith (Nasara), Austin Smith, Courtney Quilty (Blayne), Hailey Nash (Michael), Luc, Christian Smith and Oly Smith; her great grandchildren, Addy, Rosie, Lyla Smith and Cole Quilty; her close friend Lorraine Saunders; and her nieces, Pam, Debbie and Darlene.
