She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Pope and Julie Pope; her former husband Roland Ellis Sr.; her husband Jethro Sheppard; her sons, Roland Ellis Jr. and George Ellis; her grandsons, Jason Ellis and Kyle Chippett; and her siblings, Arkess, Wesley, Leonard, George, Blanche, Lillian and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard (Debbie), Donald, Marie, Elsie Harnum (Kevin), Marilyn Jerrett (Todd) and Cavell. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
