He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Carroll and Daniel Carroll; his siblings, Joseph Carroll and Catherine Fudge; and his brothers-in-law, Sandy Fudge and Eli Rice.

He is survived by: his niece Sarah Lee Fudge; and his nephew Boyde Higgins.
