He is survived by : his wife Olive; his children, Jonathan and Rochelle Forward (Greg); his siblings, Alwin (Olive), Wilbert (Patsy), David (Emily), Edward (Marina), Calvin (Karen) and Marilyn Freake; and his grandchildren, Claire and Cain Forward.
