We announce the death of Reuben Baddeley (Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 79. Reuben will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Reuben will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Reuben’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Baddeley and Georgina Baddeley; and his sister Ann. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Reuben Baddeley (Patty), Billy Baddeley (Heather), Matthew White (Ashlie) and Jacky Turner (John); and his sisters-in-law, Patsy, Marion and Maisie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as a circle of relatives and friends.
