He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Freeman (Beaton); his parents, Austin Freeman and Sophia Freeman (Butt); his parents-in-law, David and Jean Beaton (Goulding); his brothers, Owen (Audrey Freeman) and Barry; his stepmother Carrie Freeman (Compton); his siblings-in-law, Gordon Beaton and Shirley Freeman (Sheppard); and his nephew Roger Freeman.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his grandchildren, Falien (Ryan) and Kolby; his great grandchildren, Emerson and Tanner; his stepchildren, Daphne, Christopher (Charmaine) and Lori (Adam); and his siblings, Frank (Katherine) and Marilyn (Frank).
