It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rona Ash (Hants Harbour, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. You may also light a candle in honor of Rona Ash.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Bertram and Daisy (Short). She is survived by : her close friend Bill Abbott; her son Jason Garland; and her siblings, Peggy (Ted), Patsy (Rick) and Newton (Joan).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 13th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carnell's Funeral Home (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 14th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Carnell Memorial Chapel (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3). A burial was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Salvation Army Cemetery (Critches Rd, Hant's Harbour, NL A0B1Y0).
