She was predeceased by: her parents, Valencia Bird and Robert Bird; her siblings, Lewis, Michael Bird and Jean Wells; and her brother-in-law Reginald Wells.
She is survived by: her son Darrell Kenny; her daughter-in-law Deanne Kenny; her grandchildren, Nicole and Zachary Kenny; and her sister Arlene Bird.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home (45 Aspen Rd, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Anglican Church (47 Grenfell St, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P1E0).
