He was predeceased by : his parents, Louie Montague and Ruth Montague; and his sister-in-law Mandy Mugford. He is survived by : his children, Katelyn, Rebecca and Max; his stepson Nicholas; his granddaughters, Ella and Brooklyn; the mother of his children Selena; and his siblings, Brent (Liz), Jeff, Diane (Phil), Peggy (Dave) and Janice (Floyd).

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the family to help with the funeral expenses.
