She is survived by : her husband Bill Forward; her children, Wade (Denise), Tom (Kathy), Barry (Joyce), Jamie, Scott (Kaitlin) and Sherry (Raymond); her grandchildren, Travis, Preston, Jesse, Julia, Jordan, Kylee, Danielle, Jenna, Ryan, Brooke, Sarah, Jonah, Mackenzie, Hilary, Riley and Hudson; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Olivia, Marcus, Eric, Leland, Nevaya and Alexis.
